About PutYouthOn

Opportunities. Voice. Impact.

PutYouthOn (PYO) is a youth-led platform founded in Botswana by Mandipa Hlabano. We connect young people to opportunities, resources, skills, networks and platforms that help them learn, lead, build and create impact.

Why we exist

Too many young people miss opportunities simply because they never hear about them, or do not have the information to apply with confidence. PutYouthOn helps young people discover opportunities beyond their immediate environments, and equips them with the information, resources and connections to pursue them.

We focus on Botswana, Southern Africa and the wider African continent, with connections across the world.

  • Opportunity access
  • Capacity building
  • Youth empowerment
  • International exposure

How we verify opportunities

Every listing links to its official source and shows the date we last verified it. We label funding honestly and never describe an opportunity as fully funded unless its terms support it.
