Verification and Submission Guidelines

How we check opportunities before they reach young people.

How we verify opportunities

  • Every listing links to its official source and official application link.
  • We record the date each listing was last verified.
  • We check eligibility, age limits, eligible countries, deadlines, benefits and any fees or expenses.
  • Opportunities are removed from our listings automatically once their deadline passes.

Honest funding labels

We clearly distinguish fully funded, partially funded, paid, unpaid and self-funded opportunities. We never describe an opportunity as fully funded unless its actual terms support it.

What we do not publish

  • Opportunities that ask applicants to pay to apply without a clear, legitimate reason.
  • Listings without an official source we can check.
  • Opportunities that promise guaranteed visas, jobs or results.

Submitting an opportunity

Anyone can submit an opportunity. Every submission goes into a private review queue; nothing is published automatically. We review submissions for relevance, accuracy, eligibility, legitimacy and alignment with our audience, may contact the submitter to verify details, and may edit listings for clarity and adapt them for each channel. Submission does not guarantee publication.

Founders Spotlight

Applications are reviewed by our editorial team. We never invent impact figures, quotations, awards or testimonials, and we publish photographs only with permission.

Paid programmes and delegations

Before accepting any payment we provide transparent pricing, supplier arrangements, written terms and a clear cancellation and refund policy. We never guarantee visa approval, employment, speaking opportunities or embassy endorsements without written evidence.
