International Delegations
Conferences, youth exchanges, educational programmes and leadership delegations that take young Africans beyond their borders.
Current delegations: no delegation is open for applications right now. Delegations are published here only once the event, organiser, dates, costs and inclusions have been verified. Register your interest below to hear first.
What every delegation listing will tell you
The programme
Programme details, host organisation, dates and venue, eligibility, and the application and selection procedure.
The money
Transparent pricing, what is funded and what is not, accommodation and travel arrangements, and a written cancellation and refund policy before any payment.
The responsibilities
Visa-related information, delegate responsibilities, and who is responsible for what.
Who is responsible for what
- PutYouthOn shares verified information, supports applicants and coordinates the delegation where stated.
- The event organiser runs the event and makes selection decisions.
- Travel providers are responsible for flights, transport and accommodation they supply.
- Embassies make all visa decisions.
PutYouthOn never guarantees visa approval, employment, speaking opportunities or embassy endorsements without clear written evidence of what is being offered.
